Step 1: Let’s chat first
We’ll start with a free, no-pressure call and we’ll se if we are a good fit.
Step 2: Brand Discovery Call
This is where I really get to know you, what you do, who you help, what makes you tick. I listen, this isn’t about me pushing a design agenda. It’s about collaborating to capture you visually.
Step 3: Idea Gathering
I’ll send you a personalised Notion board where we collect inspiration, words, imagery, likes/dislikes - everything that helps bring your brand to life.
Step 4: Moodboards & Direction
You’ll get three moodboards reflecting colour, type, and styling directions, from the ideas that have been gathered together.
Step 5: Brand Design
I’ll work behind the scenes on your logo and full brand identity. This usually takes about 2 weeks. Then, I’ll present your new visual identity and you’ll finally see what your business looks like with the branding it deserves.
Step 6: Refinement
You get up to 3 rounds of amendments (though most people don’t need them). If you don’t love it? Tell me. I want your honesty. This is journey we are on together, we’ll get it right.
Step 7: Final Delivery
You’ll receive:
Full Brand Guidelines – simple and easy to follow, for you or for anyone working with your brand
All the brand assets in the formats you need
Your Canva Kit, including:
2 LinkedIn headers (personal + business)
10 post templates & 1 carousel for audience growth
10 post templates & 1 carousel for promoting your offer
1 layout for your lead magnet
Step 8: Handover & Support Call
No disappearing act here. We’ll jump on one final call to go over everything and make sure you’re confident, clear, and ready to show up with your new brand.
