How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • When emailing me directly

  • When asking for a quotation for work

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Contact you to discuss working together

  • Providing proposals for any work you would like us to undertake

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in a cloud-based folder on Google Drive.

Access to this information is restricted to one computer, which is protected by a secure PIN login.

  • All software is kept up to date

  • Antivirus software is installed and regularly updated on the device used to access these files

  • Additional security measures, such as facial recognition, may be enabled when working in shared or public environments

Deletion of personal information

We retain personal and business information for as long as necessary to provide services and support to our clients.

  • For clients we have worked with, we may retain relevant files and contact information beyond the project completion date in order to:

    • Provide copies of work upon request

    • Support future projects or revisions

    • Showcase completed work in our portfolio (with prior permission)

  • For individuals or businesses who make enquiries but do not go on to work with us, personal information will be retained for no longer than one (1) year from the date of last contact.

After these periods, we securely and permanently delete any personal data that is no longer needed.

If you would like us to delete your information or files sooner, you can request this at any time by contacting claire@20penceproductions.co.uk.

Marketing and mailing list

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will collect and store your name and email address for the purpose of sending occasional updates, news, and information about our services.

We use MailerLite to manage our email communications. MailerLite operates as a third-party data processor in accordance with its own privacy policy:

We do not share your mailing list data with any other third parties or use it for any purpose other than direct communications from 20 Pence Productions.
