By booking a Brand Clarity Call, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About the Service
The Brand Clarity Call is a 90-minute one-to-one consultancy session offered by 20 Pence Productions, priced at £175. It is designed to help small business owners gain clarity on their brand direction through guided conversation and professional feedback.
The session includes:
A pre-call questionnaire to help me understand your business and brand
A 90-minute video call
A recording of the call for your reference
A PDF document summarising your three top priority fixes, delivered within 48 hours of the call
Two weeks of email support following delivery of the PDF document
The advice and guidance provided during the Brand Clarity Call is based on my professional experience and knowledge of brand design. It is offered in good faith to help you move forward with your brand. It does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice, and no specific results, outcomes, or business growth are guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided.
2. Eligibility
By booking a Brand Clarity Call, you confirm that:
You are aged 18 or over
You are acting on your own behalf or have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions are booked and paid in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking through Calendly. The fee for the Brand Clarity Call is £175.
4. Pre-Call Questionnaire
Upon booking, you will be sent a short questionnaire. You agree to complete this before your session. It helps me prepare properly so we can make the most of our time together.
If the questionnaire has not been completed before the call, I may not be able to offer the same depth of guidance. If you would like to reschedule to allow time to complete it, please get in touch.
5. Deliverables
Following your call, you will receive:
Recording
A recording of the call will be provided for your personal reference. Please note that by attending the call you consent to it being recorded. The recording will be shared with you via a secure link and will be stored for a reasonable period after which it may be deleted.
Summary Document
A PDF document summarising your three priority brand fixes will be delivered to you within 48 hours of the call (on working days). Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and any scheduled annual leave. Where annual leave may affect delivery, I will let you know in advance.
Email Support
Two weeks of email support begins on the date the PDF document is delivered. This is intended to help you if you feel stuck while working through your brand fixes - it is not an extension of the consultancy session or a substitute for additional paid work.
Email support is available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays). I will aim to respond within 24 working hours. Support requests that fall outside the scope of the original Brand Clarity Call may be redirected or offered as a separate service.
6. Recording Consent
By attending the call, you consent to the session being recorded. The recording is for your benefit and will not be shared with any third party without your permission, except where required by law. If you do not wish for the call to be recorded, please let me know before the session begins and we will discuss an alternative arrangement.
7. Rescheduling
You’re welcome to reschedule your session if something comes up - I know life isn’t always predictable. Please aim to make any changes at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Rescheduling requests made close to the session time may not always be possible and may be treated as a cancelled session.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable, but if something unexpected happens please do get in touch and I’ll always try to be fair.
If you don’t attend your session and haven’t been in touch, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. If something genuinely unexpected happens, please reach out.
9. My Availability
In the unlikely event I need to reschedule, I will aim to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. If this isn’t possible, I will contact you as soon as I can. You’ll be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
10. Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, materials, or documents I share with you during or after the Brand Clarity Call (including the summary PDF) are provided for your personal and business use only. Ownership of the underlying frameworks and approaches remains with 20 Pence Productions. You may not reproduce, resell, or share these materials with third parties without my prior written permission.
Any information, ideas, or materials you share with me during the call remain your own intellectual property.
11. Confidentiality
I will treat all information shared during your call as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where:
Required by law
You have given explicit permission
This confidentiality obligation continues after the call has completed and all agreed files have been supplied.
12. Late Arrival
If you’re running late, that’s okay - but sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect everyone’s diary. If you are significantly delayed, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
13. Force Majeure
I will not be liable for delays or failure to perform my obligations due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Illness or medical emergencies
Natural disasters or severe weather
Power outages or internet service failures
Government restrictions or public emergencies
Failure of third-party services essential to the session
In such circumstances, I will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and we will agree on a time to reschedule, or I will offer a full refund.
14. Professional Indemnity Insurance
I carry professional indemnity insurance to protect both my business and my clients. Details of coverage can be provided upon request.
15. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a Brand Clarity Call will not exceed the total fee paid for that session (£175).
I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the guidance, documents, or materials I provide.
16. Data Protection
Personal and business data you provide will be stored securely and used only for:
Delivering your session and associated materials
Processing payments
Legal record-keeping and compliance
Communicating with you about your session and any follow-up support

17. Complaints Procedure
If you have a concern or complaint about my services:
Contact me via email at claire@20penceproductions.co.uk with details of your concern
I will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days
I will investigate and respond with a resolution or explanation within 10 working days
If you remain unsatisfied, we can arrange a call to discuss further
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new version number and “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply to sessions booked after the update date.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements relating to the Brand Clarity Call.
21. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided.
