Will this work for me?

You've been looking at your brand for a while and getting that feeling that it just isn't a good fit anymore. And you know you need to do something.

But now you have to spend time trying to find the right person to work with and that just feels so daunting. There are so many people to choose from, you've seen a few but you just aren't sure.

So instead of trying to figure it out you say things like:

  • I don't have time to do this now

  • Branding isn't that important

  • I'm adding it to the nice to have list

  • I'll make do with it for now

But those are just reasons not to face the thing that is going on deep down. It's that you aren't sure it will work for you, you don't think someone else will get it. You're scared to hand your business baby over to someone else. This is a big investment that you only want to make once - what if it goes wrong?

And now you are overwhelmed and overthinking and you're in the kitchen searching for chocolate to make you feel better - you're not? Just me then?

Let's just take a deep breath and say together - it's ok to feel like this.

Because it is totally valid. Spending money on your business is terrifying. You have to know it's the right person, you have to know what result you will get, you have to be sure it's the right thing for you.

So how do you know?

When I work with people I make space for them - space for them to talk about everything. The reason they started the business. Forty minutes on why the colour pink is the most important colour in the world to them. That whacky idea they've had but never implemented because someone said it wasn't professional enough. The feeling they have when they read another post telling them they're getting it all wrong. All of it - every messy, random, winding thought.

And I love it.

Not just because I'm really getting to know that person. But selfishly I'm learning about something I didn't know about and meeting someone with a different point of view and potentially someone who wants something just a little different.

The conversation doesn't stop there, because this isn't just scratching the surface of your business - it's a deep dive into everything. Your values, your voice, your purpose, who you want to work with, what you actually do. I may not fully understand it yet, but I need to get a good understanding of it. That's the starting point.

It's not just "what colour and font do you want, here's a logo. Done."

It's getting to know you. Learning about you and your business. Seeing that spark in your eye when you talk about something you're so passionate about.

I know that you aren't just trusting me with your business. You're trusting me with this big beautiful thing that you have built from scratch, all by yourself. You're trusting me with all your secrets, all the things you've been scared to share. You're trusting me with this huge, precious thing.

And I wrap it in cotton wool, treat it with respect, and work with you to build something beautiful.

Something that means you aren't second-guessing every decision. You're saving time - you open Canva, create that post image, and you're done. You have space in your brain because worrying about your brand is no longer taking up so much room in it. Your ideas start to flow. You feel lighter a weight has been lifted.

And then there's the confidence. To show up as you. To speak in your voice. To say - do you know what, I'm going to be me, and if you like it, great, and if you don't, well, that's ok, you aren't my people. You don't have to be small and contain yourself anymore.

People start to see the real you. They get in touch and say - I really want to work with you, I love what I've seen.

So, will this work for you?
